10t's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Our goal is to ensure you can enjoy the 10t platform without it ever having a negative impact on your daily life. We believe every user has the right to stay in control.
When gaming stops being fun and starts causing stress, anxiety, or financial trouble, it's no longer entertainment. 10t is committed to being there for you in those moments — with the tools and information you need.
What are the warning signs to watch out for?
- Spending beyond your set budget
- Chasing losses by playing repeatedly to win back money
- Gaming with borrowed money or broken savings
- Skipping sleep, meals, or work to play
- Unable to stop even when you want to
- Neglecting time with family and friends
- Feeling restless or irritable when not playing
- Lying to family about your gaming
- Getting very upset or irritable after a loss
If you notice any of the signs above in yourself, take a break and follow the tips below.
Why is setting time and budget limits important?
Before you start playing, decide how much time and how much money (৳/BDT) you're willing to spend that day. Setting these limits isn't a weakness — it's the foundation of smart gaming.
- Daily time limit: Don't exceed your daily playtime. Use an alarm or timer to keep track.
- Weekly budget: Decide in advance how much BDT you'll spend on gaming each week, and stick to that budget.
- Win target: Set a win target and stop when you hit it — don't chase bigger wins.
- Loss limit: Once you've hit a set loss amount, stop gaming for the day.
Which features can you use to stay in control?
At 10t, you can set your own daily or weekly deposit limits directly on your account. Once a limit is set, changing it requires a waiting period — protecting you from impulsive decisions.
If you feel the need, pause your account for a few days. This voluntary break gives you space to clear your head. Stepping away isn't losing — it's how you come back healthier.
If you need an extended break, you can request a voluntary account suspension. During this period, no transactions or gaming activity will be possible on your account. Contact [email protected] to activate this option.
If you feel that gaming is causing serious problems in your life, request a permanent account closure. This is a completely respectable decision, and 10t fully supports you in taking this step.
How to protect minors?
You must be 18 or older to create an account on 10t. Take precautions to ensure children and teenagers cannot access your account:
- Never share your login credentials with younger family members.
- Don't save your password on any device that children have access to.
- Always log out after playing.
- Enable parental controls on your device if needed.
If you find out that a minor is using 10t, report it to [email protected] immediately.
Life Balance & Professional Support
Gaming should be a small part of life — not something that crowds out family, friends, work, health, or rest. If you feel gaming is upsetting that balance, take action yourself or talk to someone you trust.
Seek guidance from a mental health professional or counsellor if needed. Asking for help takes courage, not weakness. Bangladesh has various mental health service providers where you can get support.
10t's support team is always ready to listen. Reach out to [email protected] for any questions or concerns. For more information, the FAQ section you can view.
